At Chunkz, we handcraft every product with care using premium ingredients — and due to the perishable nature of our pistachio-based spreads and desserts, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
We understand how important trust and satisfaction are when shopping online, and while we can’t take products back, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare situations where there has been a mistake with your order or a product arrives damaged, we may offer a refund or partial refund. Please reach out to our team within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card or payment provider) within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
